April theme day: Triangles

Potsdamer Platz is one of my favorite areas of Berlin to photograph. Although it hasn't really taken off as the city centre planners had hoped for, I still think it's a great area to walk around and enjoy, especially if you are interested in modern architecture.

A new month is upon us and the theme for April is triangles. I hope you enjoy this triangular building on Potsdamer Platz. For more interpretations of this month's theme, click here.

  3. I love that narrow triangular building, Hal Cyon. What a good example. I am not sure I would like to work there though. Might be a smidge claustrophobic ...

  4. I'm guessing there are windows on the one side and none on the backside. I wonder if the building is difficult to heat in winter.

  10. This is a must triangular footprint building. Reminds me of a modern take on the Flatiron building in NYC.

  16. This looks good in black and white. It doesn't look like a very active and vital area. They didn't build in people friendly spaces.
