On the Spree

I'm not sure what the significance of this old boat is, but it makes a nice focal point out on the Spree. I can't believe August is already halfway over. I don't want the summer to end yet! You'll find more treasures at Tuesday Treasures.

  1. What an interesting photo with the complex sky, the buildings forming a clear horizon line and the old boat/tug! Yes, I dread the ending of summer and the oncoming winter weather. Keep on playing while summer lasts!!

  2. That is a lovely shot in so many ways, Hal. The subject matter is fascinating, and the light and colors are beautiful. It was a great time of day, too.

  4. Perhaps it wil be sunken down as a new home for the fish or a target for amateur divers. It looks to far bad for an overhaul but who knows.
