I'm not sure if this cafe wants to be welcoming or wants to thank its customers... or both! In any case, I like the name. I also love those three arched windows and the contrast of the yellow building and the green shutters. I actually took this photo back in January, but failed to showcase it, so please forgive the snow. I promise it's not around anymore. For more signs, take a look at Signs, Signs.
The green shutters really stand out nicely! I'd go inside.
ReplyDeleteI still have pics with snow to come too! Of course, in my mind, that's a wonderful thing.
I like the name, and I love the shutters!!! The colour of the building is sunny and very inviting.
ReplyDeleteI think the message means one thing if you are going in and another when you are leaving. Either way, it is a clever name!
ReplyDeleteThe name is clever, that mustard yellow is appealing and the big windows give it a nice light feeling. I would give this place a try if I were in Berlin.
ReplyDeletethat's cute. :)
ReplyDeleteIt blends in well with the adjoining buildings.
ReplyDeleteIt does indeed look very welcoming. :-)
ReplyDeleteThis reminds «Louis» of Thanksgiving restaurant in the Marais in Paris. It was founded by American ex-pats and, as the name implies, serves Thanksgiving dinner on Thanksgiving day, though it is open year-'round. Reservations must be made 1 year in advance for Thanksgiving day meals!
C'est sympa ! La neige ne me dérange pas du tout, bien au contraire !
ReplyDeleteI love that vibrant color!
ReplyDeleteHalcyon you are also welcome. I'm not a fan of B&W so I like it when I see bright colours like this in photographs.
ReplyDeleteI'm a big fan of arches. And I like the colour of the shutters in contrast with the building.
ReplyDeletethat is a neat name and i love that building!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a welcoming place!
ReplyDeleteNice to know :)
ReplyDeleteIt's a beautiful facade. But why is the name in English and not in German? It also appears that they believe their food is so good you will thank them when leaving and they want to make sure to say "You're Welcome!" in return. Or something like that. :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful building, great sign. I'd feel very welcome there.
ReplyDeleteEither way 'you're welcome' is a nice thing to say. Are there a lot of signs in English?
ReplyDeletewhat a welcoming place! I'd want to eat there.
ReplyDeleteI feel welcome already.
ReplyDeleteSince it's really cold, I'd sure feel welcome inside where it's warm.
ReplyDeleteSince it's really cold, I'd sure feel welcome inside where it's warm.
ReplyDeleteLove the bold colors too!

ReplyDeleteThat cafe does look most welcoming. It would attract me.
ReplyDeleteInteresting name. And I'm glad they got the apostrophe right!
ReplyDeleteLooks cold outside..... so I guess I could have gone for something hot to drink.
