Remember the Cafe Moskau from a few weeks ago? Here is a lovely mosaic mural that graces its (not open to the public) entrance. It's Monday again, you can get your weekly mural fix here.
PS: Sorry for not visiting your blogs the past few days. I had a busy weekend with the golf tournament and now I'm preparing for a job interview tomorrow. Keep fingers crossed and thumbs held!
Best of luck, hope it goes perfectly!
ReplyDeleteThat was a lot of work to make it. Hope you get your job tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteThere is a lot going on in this mural.
ReplyDeletePS: God luck with the job.
Lots of activity in this mural; I see that Andy noted the same thing. Good luck on interview!!
ReplyDeleteI rather like the finished/unfinished quality to it, almost as if we were waiting for the painter to return.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad I was ab;e to enlarge the mural to see it better. I hope the interview goes well!
ReplyDeleteFingers crossed!! This is a lovely mural.
ReplyDeleteI have never seen such a large mosaic mural. It is beautful
ReplyDeleteBest of luck!
ReplyDeleteThis is one of the more attractive murals I've seen. Re your question: The glass bottom boats have never left Silver Springs. There are not as many as there used to be, though. There were two other boat rides - into the river and jungle - which have been discontinued, which is a shame as those were the most fun.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes on your interview!
Good luck on your interview.
ReplyDeleteGigantic!
ReplyDeleteGreat photo of the mural, Hal! I will be keeping you in my thoughts in relation to your job interview tomorrow! :) I wish you all the best...always!
ReplyDeleteLots going on! Good luck.
ReplyDeleteThat's a cool one.
ReplyDeleteAs was the gorgeous sunset you posted yesterday! Wow!

ReplyDeleteCool mural! Good luck on the interview!!
ReplyDeleteWow! This is a great one!
ReplyDeleteHope the golf was enjoyable and good luck with that interview. Lovely mosaic.
ReplyDeletefascinating - hope we won't lose the mural when they open
ReplyDeleteThis place is open, just not to the public. I'm pretty sure it's listed too, so no chance of the mural disappearing.
DeleteRather dreamlike!
ReplyDeleteI will be cheering you on, Halcyon. Good luck!!!
ReplyDeleteThe style definitely reminds me of murals from the 30s. Hope the interview went well. Thanks for contributing to this week's Monday Mural.
