Lilacs are great shrubs. They are one of the things I miss about being in Florida in the spring instead of up north. (But, there are compensations . . . )
I gosh, how I wish I could. I love lilacs and we don't see them in the Phoenix area....ever. My sister sees a few up north in the Prescott area. When I was growing up in Illinois, we had a huge lilac bush in our front yard. The smell so wonderful.
